Group Classes:

Join us to become aware of how to stabilize, move, strengthen and stretch the length of your spine in one of our group pilates classes. Improve breathing, shoulders, neck, hips, bladder control, hernia's, posture, back pain, arthritis, stiffness, scoliosis. As easy as lying down but as challenging as you like this class is geared to all fitness levels from beginners and intermmediate to advanced.
